Assign Cabinet Actions

Step-by-Step

1. Open the Government tab and switch to the Cabinet section.
2. Assign two cabinet actions:
   1. "Stabilize Country" increases stability investment each month.
   2. "Strengthen Government" boosts tribal cohesion each month.
3. Appoint cabinet members if available for extra bonuses, but it's fine to just assign actions at first.
4. Change your cabinet actions as needed (integration, diplomacy, recovery, etc.).
